• Present and explain pool/beach menus and take food and beverage orders.

• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
• Clear used dishes and glasses and reset service areas quickly and neatly.
• Prepare the pool and beach areas before guest arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
• Ensure sufficient inventory of F&B supplies and service equipment.

Job description

The Pool and Beach Attendant under the Food & Beverage Department is responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests in the poolside and beach areas. This role ensures a clean safe and enjoyable environment while delivering prompt and courteous service aligning with the resorts standards of hospitality.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present and explain pool/beach menus and take food and beverage orders.
