A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced sales professional in Dubai to develop and execute sales strategies for IT solutions. Candidates should have 7–10 years of sales experience in the UAE and strong knowledge of IT infrastructure. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve multi-million-dirham targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain CXO-level relationships across enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with pre-sales and vendors to design and deliver tailored solutions.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
7–10 years of IT solution sales experience in the UAE (SI or Vendor).
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions.
Proven record of achieving large enterprise sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
