HCPL Global is hiring a seasoned Network Solution Engineer to join a high-performance team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and securing enterprise-grade network infrastructures that support mission-critical operations.

Detailed Job Description
As a Network Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions across diverse technologies. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components, optimize performance, and maintain high availability. The role demands hands-on expertise in firewalls, load balancers, intrusion prevention systems, and advanced routing/switching protocols. You’ll also play a key role in troubleshooting complex issues and enhancing network security posture for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise network solutions across multi-vendor platforms
• Configure and manage firewalls, IPS/IDS, and load balancers for optimal performance
• Conduct network assessments and recommend improvements for scalability and security
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and resilience
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across LAN/WAN environments
• Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco Routing & Switching, ASA, FTD, and IDS
• Proficiency in Aruba networks and Palo Alto firewalls
• Experience with F5 load balancing and WAF technologies
• Solid understanding of IPS/IDS, network segmentation, and secure design principles
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai with a notice period of 0–15 days
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certifications
• Experience with Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD)
• Familiarity with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting)
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and SD-WAN
