The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to sell MEA ConstructionProjects Data Base to Construction industry and to meet and or exceed the assigned quota withinan assigned target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand VenturesOnsites market presence. Develop and implement strategies to target potential clientsand partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitoractivities, and potential growth areas. Use insights to guide business developmentstrategies.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets anddrive growth. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, productdevelopment, and customer service, to ensure support for business developmentefforts.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance,and market trends. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field,ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record ofachieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and clientneeds in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools. Familiarity withproject management and industry-specific software is advantageous.
