Job description

We have an excellent opportunity to join our client within the financial services sector who are a growing international broker. The successful candidate will join the team as a Legal Counsel focused on litigation matters based out of their Dubai HQ, working closely with the CLO and Legal Directors.

Key responsibilities include an emphasis on financial services litigation, such as dealing with broker-dealer litigation as well as wider litigation experience across corporate and commercial matters. The role will also involve working on some general commercial advisory matters across global jurisdictions including the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Applicants will have at least 4 years' experience coming from a leading international law firm or significant in-house entity in the UAE, ideally within the financial services sector. It is essential that candidates possess prior experience with a CFD brokerage. While fluency in Arabic is highly preferred, it is not mandatory.

Location: Dubai.

Remuneration: £95,000 - £115,000 tax free + benefits.
