Hi, we’re Homevy - a premium holiday home management company based in Dubai, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and seamless solutions for property owners.

We’re seeking a talented, creative, and versatile Social Media Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for growing our social media presence to maximize reach and increase our audience. This role is remote, with competitive compensation and performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do :

• Post content, comment, like, and interact with audiences across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Threads) to increase visibility and foster relationships.
• Create and manage short-form video content.
• Grow followers and engagement on all platforms by leveraging data insights and audience behavior.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, challenges, and algorithm updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, marketers, etc.) to create viral videos and cohesive campaigns.
• Stay on top of current trends to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Pitch creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategy.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Table :

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Proven experience with social media management, content creation, and growth metrics, supported by a portfolio.
• Expertise in short-form video creation and management.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Knowledge of video editing with an eye for detail and synchronization.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
