Construction Manager - El-Ain, UAE (Experience Required, Own Visa Preferred)

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our construction team based in El-Ain, United Arab Emirates. We prefer candidates with a valid work visa and experience in the construction industry.

The primary responsibility is to oversee all projects within the construction team, ensuring work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. The role also involves managing project budgets and timelines, preparing project documents, and coordinating with outside vendors. Progress will be monitored and results reported to management.

• Monitor project budgets and timelines; prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track progress and report status to management.

• Organized, detail-oriented, with a strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; able to speak English proficiently. Open to Indian nationals or other nationalities with English proficiency.
• Experience in the construction industry; prior construction management experience preferred.
• Part-time work may be available for qualified applicants.
