A recruitment agency is seeking a Commercial and Procurement Manager to lead commercial functions in property development. The successful candidate will manage contracts, procurement processes, and financial performance for development projects in the UAE. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in commercial management and strong leadership skills in the real estate sector.
The Role The Commercial and Procurement Manager is to lead and oversee the commercial, contractual and procurement functions of the Development Department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the financial and legal aspects of property development projects, ensuring that procurement, budgeting, and risk mitigation practices align with organizational goals and market standards. This role reports directly to the Chief Development Officer and collaborates closely with internal departments, consultants, and contractors to deliver commercially viable developments.
