Ensuring a pleasant and swift service for guests approaching the restaurant. Coordinating bar, kitchen, and pastry orders efficiently to deliver a memorable experience by satisfying guests' needs promptly and without disturbance. Providing the latest menu offers and the best options for guests' selection and consumption within the restaurant or via online inquiry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests pleasantly and escort them to the best available table.
- Introduce the menu with its special offers and take orders based on guest preferences, with full knowledge of ingredients, prices, and presentation.
- Serve drinks, cakes, and food according to the taken order.
- Ensure the restaurant area is always clean, sanitized, and ready for guests, including common areas.
- Be responsible and fully involved in the restaurant’s operations.
- Handle cash and card payments.
- Collect guest feedback and forward it to management for further action.
- Provide full service, including taking orders, entering them into the system, delivering to guests, cleaning plates and cutlery, and billing.
- Perform duties according to the weekly schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter or in the F&B field.
- English speaking; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Positive, self-confident, and ambitious attitude.
- Willingness to be part of a warm and friendly team.
- High level of ownership and responsibility.
