Job Overview

HR officer will work with the Senior HR Officer to manage the essential day‑to‑day administrative tasks and processes that support the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring HR functions like payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and data management run smoothly, accurately, and legally.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities
HR Operations
  • Manage the employee life cycle within SAP Success Factors system.
  • Time and Leave administration.
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding. Handling new hire setup and exit formalities.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records (HRIS) and HR software.
  • Prepare HR related reports as required by the management.
Employee relations
  • Will be the point of contact for employees for addressing queries, grievances, and administrative requests.
Policy administration
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment
  • Support with recruitment by posting Job adverts, sourcing CVs from job portals, screening and shortlisting CVs and coordinating for the interview process.
  • Prepare offer letters /employment contracts
Payroll
  • Assisting with payroll preparation by collating and calculating relevant data (absences, leaves, over times , bonuses) and managing employee benefits.
Onboarding and orientation
  • Organise visas, work permits, Organise travel and accommodation for candidates from outside the country
  • Ensure all arrangements for new employers are attended from the forms to be filled-up, induction programmes, company policies and procedures manual, emails, computers, mobile phones, and staff accommodation if required.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
Others
  • Support the management with various HR initiatives including training, employee events and special HR projects.
  • Any other responsibilities as instructed by the management.
  • Comply with the QHSE management system processes.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced in MS Office
  • Proficient in the following languages
    • English – Spoken and written
  • Experience in an HRIS and payroll system
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role in UAE
