Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Student Recruitment Advisor to attract and guide prospective learners through the admissions journey. Based in the UAE, this role plays a key part in promoting programs, achieving enrollment targets, and supporting students in making informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote academic programs through online and offline channels to attract student interest
2. Advise prospective students and parents on admissions processes, course options, and eligibility criteria
3. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
4. Conduct school visits, open days, education fairs, and recruitment events
5. Guide applicants through the entire application process from initial inquiry to enrollment
6. Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to ensure smooth onboarding
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions using CRM tools
8. Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets
9. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine outreach strategies
10. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and local education authority requirements

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field
2. 2-4 years of experience in student recruitment, academic counseling, or admissions
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse student populations
5. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
6. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
8. Familiarity with the UAE and GCC education landscape preferred
9. A customer-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and organizational skills
