A leading HR consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand the client base across the UAE. This role entails promoting HR consultancy services and technology solutions, developing sales plans, nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients, and ensuring effective service delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years of B2B sales experience in HR consultancy, and strong communication skills. A valid UAE driving license is also required.

This role focuses on selling HR consultancy and HR technology solutions, including EOR, and building long‑term relationships with COOs, CFOs, HR, and Payroll leaders, contributing to the companys market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote HR consultancy services, including recruitment, outsourcing, training, payroll, and HR tech solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
  • Build and manage strong, long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present customised proposals aligned with client needs and business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy and service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within HR consultancy or related sectors in the UAE.
