About the Role

Our client in the engineering and geotechnical services industry is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support day‑to‑day human resources operations. The role will involve handling HR documentation, employee coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and personnel files
  • Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination and onboarding
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and HR‑related correspondence
  • Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID and other PRO‑related documentation
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave management and timesheets
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance reviews, training coordination and HR reports
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 24 years of HR administration experience in the UAE
  • Prior experience in engineering, construction or technical industries is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Immediate or short notice period preferred
