Responsibilities:

1. Meet guests upon arrival and help them settle into their rooms.
2. Anticipate guests' needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
3. Have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock.
4. Assess and restock wine and spirit collections as necessary.
5. Serve meals and pour drinks for guests.
6. Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at convenient times.
7. Run errands for guests when necessary.
8. Ensure guests' rooms are clean and tidy up when needed.
9. Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
10. See guests off upon check-out.
11. Remain well-groomed at all times.
12. Stay updated on hotel policies regarding safety and hygiene.
13. Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Experience as a Butler or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
3. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
4. Commitment to high-quality customer service.
5. Strict attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of area restaurants, theaters, and attractions.
7. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and efficiency.
8. Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus.
9. Associate's or bachelor's degree in hotel management.
