YOSH Hospitality welcomes an experienced discreet and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Butler within an esteemed private household. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and refined daily operation of the residence upholding the highest levels of hospitality personal service and household care. We invite applicants who are dedicated to excellence discretion and anticipating every need of household members and guests within a luxury environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver attentive and proactive butler services for principals and their guests ensuring all requests and routines are fulfilled with precision and discretion.
  • Organise and oversee household operations including formal dining service event set-up guest arrivals and daily schedules.
  • Maintain immaculately presented common areas guest rooms and service spaces in line with exacting standards of cleanliness and order.
  • Coordinate and supervise household activities including liaising with kitchen cleaning security and external service providers.
  • Assist with wardrobe management laundry packing/unpacking and personal shopping as required by the principals.
  • Plan and manage table settings décor and the delivery of food and beverages during formal and informal occasions.
  • Anticipate the preferences routines and priorities of household members remaining flexible to changing schedules and ad hoc requests.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of special events dinners and seasonal gatherings.
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy at all times representing the households values and requirements with utmost professionalism.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a private residence luxury hotel or similar high-end hospitality or service setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of etiquette formal service household management and event coordination.
