Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two year’s experience as a Butler.
• Good level of engagement with residents.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all residents receive prompt and courteous service.
• Liaise with In-room dining to ensure amenities are taken care of.
• Maintain appearance, discipline, and efficiency at all times.
• Deliver the Raffles touch by exceeding resident expectations.

Skills

Good English language verbal and written communication skills

Ability to promote positive relations with hotel residents

Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and managers

Attention to guest needs

Ability to exercise good judgment with difficult guests
