Overview

Bartender. Primary duty is to be an ambassador for bars of the hotels and also serve food and beverages to visitors.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, listening to individuals to determine beverage choices, making recommendations, and taking beverage orders.
• Preparing beverages and food selections and informing customers concerning new beverages and specials.
• Choosing and blending ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
• Managing stock and purchasing materials to keep bar and tables well-stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality policies.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and providing correct change, and balancing the sales register.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, clearing tables, and cleaning glasses, tools, and equipment.
• Establishing new cocktail dishes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

• Minimum Diploma in any field. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Hotel Administration preferred. Certificate course in Bartending preferred.

Job Experience

• 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a 3-4 star resort.

Other Requirements
