Qualifications

Job description

Outlet: Infinity Lounge

Preferred: Female Candidates

Operational Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet ensuring smooth service delivery adherence to brand standards and optimal guest experience.

Guest Relations: Greet and interact with guests ensuring satisfaction and handling any complaints or requests promptly and professionally.

Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate the outlet team assign duties provide training and ensure staff performance aligns with company standards.

Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock levels including ordering receiving and monitoring usage to minimize waste and maintain cost control.

Financial Oversight: Support in achieving outlet financial targets by monitoring expenses upselling and contributing to revenue generation strategies.

Compliance: Ensure health safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed within the outlet.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Outlet Manager and other departments to coordinate service events and special promotions.

Reporting: Provide feedback and reports to the Outlet Manager on sales performance staff issues and guest feedback.

Problem‑Solving: Resolve operational issues efficiently and take initiative to improve guest service and outlet performance.

Qualifications
