Overview

Waiter / Waitress, you will provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also assist with any inquiries or requests from guests. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized dining area to enhance the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests with a pleasant smile, menu presentation and taking the orders accurately.
  • Serving food and beverages by delivering orders to tables promptly and ensuring that everything is served correctly.
  • Familiarity in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
  • Maintaining cleanliness by keeping tables, utensils, and the dining area clean and organized throughout the shift.
About You
  • Ability to clearly convey information, listen to guests, and respond to their needs effectively including understanding guest preferences and handling complaints gracefully.
  • Capability on managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient service.
  • Basic Food Knowledge in understanding of menu items to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
  • Willingness to collaborate with other colleagues and support each other to ensure smooth operations.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in Hotels, Fine- Dining restaurants or Bars.
  • High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is often required.
  • Professional proficiency in English language.
  • Proficiency in other languages will be advantageous.
