We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.
As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our company trucks to transport goods and materials to various locations within the UAE. This job is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Indian nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure that the truck is in good working condition
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road
- Load and unload cargo in a timely manner, ensuring that it is properly secured
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery, quantity of goods delivered, and any issues encountered
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the truck at all times
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license for heavy vehicles (3 or 4)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic laws
- Ability to read maps and use GPS devices for navigation
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage)
- Must have a valid work permit/visa in the UAE
