About the Role
As Production Manager youll oversee the planning and execution of event production ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Working closely with internal teams and external partners youll manage resources timelines and technical requirementsmaking sure every event runs like clockwork from concept to curtain call.
What Youll Do
Lead Event Production Plan coordinate and oversee all aspects of event production from kickoff to post-event wrap.
Manage Vendors & Partners Select and supervise suppliers contractors and production crew to ensure quality and timeliness.
Oversee Budgets & Logistics Manage production budgets and logistics while optimizing for cost-efficiency and quality.
Solve in Real-Time Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure seamless execution under pressure.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work hand-in-hand with creative account and technical teams to align on project vision and delivery.
Mentor & Lead Inspire and grow the production team through hands-on leadership and development.
About You
Experienced & Adaptable 810 years in event production with 4 years in a leadership role.
Resourceful & Solution-Oriented Thrives in fast-paced environments and always finds a way forward.

What You Need to Apply
Proven experience managing large-scale events from start to finish
Solid understanding of production workflows technical setups and vendor coordination
Bachelors degree in production Management or a related field
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Based in the UAE or open to relocation
