Responsibilities include following up overdue invoices, negotiating disputed payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Ideal candidates should have 3 years of credit control experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams. Qualifikationen
- 3 years' experience as a credit controller.
- Experience in handling strategic accounts.
- Transport and logistics experience is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Follow up overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter.
- Handle disputed invoices and negotiate payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all payment follow up activities.
