Role Summary:
The Senior Manager - Marketing Technology and Operations, plans and guides key operations across marketing, communications and events workstreams, monitors, measures, and analyzes the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs. Maintains scalable processes within the department that guarantee the best practices in lead and campaign management.
In conjunction with the department head, tasked with coordinating the marketing operations and workflows, that will lead to sales enablement and lead management. Also drives marketing database strategies, analyzing gaps in the business’s data, consumer acquisition strategies, and data quality practices. serves to create regular reports on marketing and sales initiatives, business impact, and effectiveness.
The role partners closely with Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and IT Teams on Martech, CRM, marketing data and lead management processes, development and execution, to ensure strategies between marketing platforms and CRM meet the needs of Marketing and provide closed loop reporting on marketing ROI. Responsible for the Martech strategy, roadmap and execution, leading to the implementation of marketing technology stacks.
