Overview

Novotel Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a professional and decisive Banquet Captain to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will lead our banquet operations ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of banquet events from setup to execution
  • Lead and motivate a team of banquet staff assigning tasks and providing guidance
  • Collaborate with clients event planners and internal departments to ensure successful events
  • Manage inventory equipment and supplies for banquet operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hotel standards
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings with the team
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of service cleanliness and presentation
  • Assist in training and developing banquet staff
  • Prepare reports on banquet operations and guest feedback
Qualifications
  • more than 2 years of experience in banquet operations with previous experience as a Banquet Captain or similar role
