A prominent organization based in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Managing Director Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. This role involves managing the MD’s calendar, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with utmost professionalism. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in senior executive or office management.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Summary:

The Managing Director Office Manager provides full administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
