A leading retail company in Dubai seeks a Shopping Experience Assistant for IKEA Jebel Ali. The Shopping Experience Representative is responsible for overseeing and supporting the Info desk to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. The role includes ensuring accurate cash transactions, enhancing customer satisfaction by promptly handling their needs and complaints, managing returns and exchanges to deliver generous and efficient service, and safeguarding child safety in the store's play areas. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction and smooth operational processes at the Info desk.
