Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements.
- Provide personalized property consultations and tailored solutions.
- Regularly update clients on market trends, available properties, and investment opportunities.
- Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and transaction finalization.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including tenancy agreements, sale contracts, and leasing forms.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal advisors to ensure seamless transactions.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current property values, trends, and new developments.
- Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions.
- Source and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Actively participate in property exhibitions, events, and meetings to grow the client base.
- Ensure compliance with UAE property laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
Qualifications & Requirements:

- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
