- Greet and assist clients and guests professionally.
- Handle reception desk, phone calls, and client correspondence.
- Support client office move-ins/outs and service requests.

- Greet and assist clients and guests professionally
- Handle reception desk, phone calls, and client correspondence
- Support client office move-ins/outs and service requests
- Track service usage and billing; ensure payments are processed
- Provide administrative support to management
- Monitor facilities and report any issues
- 3+ years in a client-facing role (business centre, coworking, hospitality, or office admin)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong English communication (spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Office; basic troubleshooting skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, customer-focused
- Additional languages are a plus
