Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive service strategies aligned with client's vision and market demands.
- Identify growth opportunities within the engines and construction sectors, fostering innovation and service diversification.
- Collaborate with senior management to set long-term goals and performance benchmarks.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations of the Engines and Construction Services division, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all projects.
- Manage the division's Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends, forecast future performance, and make informed budgeting decisions.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability without compromising service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals across various functions within the division.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business development and client satisfaction.
- Represent the division in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in service management within the engines or construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics and regulatory environment.
