Experience
Multi-year experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing with leadership background and full ownership of campaign delivery and performance.
Hard Skills
- Expert knowledge of CRM platforms like Emarsys, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
- Mastery in segmentation, RFM modeling, targeting and personalization logic
- Deep expertise in email performance metrics, sender reputation, and domain / IP setups
- Confident in writing and optimizing marketing copy
