Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our CEO's initiatives, combining strategic oversight with operational excellence. This role will serve as a key advisor to our Leadership teams while managing critical initiatives and ensuring effective execution of strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Partner with Practice Leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives across regions
• Drive operational excellence through performance tracking and metrics-driven decision making
• Manage quarterly/annual business planning processes and strategic reviews
• Create and maintain executive-level reporting and communications

Program Management:

• Lead PMO function for major transformation initiatives in the office of the CEO
• Establish governance structures and decision-making frameworks
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across teams

Business Operations:

• Oversee practice operations, including resource allocation and utilization
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and financial targets
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Manage stakeholder communications and engagement

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience years at a top-tier consulting firm (Bain & Co., BCG, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, etc)(mandatory experience)
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority
