Job summary
A leading retailer in Dubai is seeking a Retail Sales Representative responsible for providing excellent customer service and meeting sales quotas. Candidates should possess strong communication skills to make customers feel welcome and ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing product information, managing returns, and staying updated with new products. Requirements include proven retail experience, understanding sales processes, and basic math skills. A high school degree is mandatory, and a BSc in Marketing is a plus.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

You will help identify client needs present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. - Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features pricing and aftersales services)
- Answer customers questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Crosssell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offersProvide customer feedback to theStore Manager
- Stay uptodate with new products/services
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales RepresentativeSales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
