Site Technician Ready-mix Concrete
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is looking for a Site Technician to ensure the quality and efficiency of ready-mix concrete production at various job sites. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in concrete production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. A high school diploma and technical certification are preferred for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ready-mix concrete production.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and maintain equipment used for concrete production.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or technical issues.
- Coordinate with project managers for timely delivery.
- Conduct tests and analyze data for quality assurance.
- Train and supervise junior technicians.

As a Site Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our ready-mix concrete production at various job sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery used for ready-mix concrete production.
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or technical issues that may arise during production.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of concrete to job sites.
- Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure the quality of the concrete meets industry standards.
- Train and supervise junior technicians and other production staff.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and testing results.
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues related to the production process.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification preferred.

- Strong knowledge of concrete production processes and equipment.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and technical issues.
