Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way.
Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all MEP systems available at the premises.
Maintain all lighting throughout the hotel.
Maintain all HVAC units.
Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
Handle all work orders related to the hotel.
Answer all calls and perform repairs; if unable to repair, notify the duty engineer of the problem.
Maintain the reading of utility meters and report any deviations.
Conduct daily walk-arounds in all plant rooms and workshops, reporting any deviations.
Complete daily engineering operation checklists to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Provide proper handover to the next shift, including pending issues and major work updates.
Address complaints within the given time frame to prevent escalation; complete pending jobs and report to the duty engineer with detailed remarks.
Follow up on pending complaints during your shift and complete the work in coordination with the Engineering Shift Leader.
Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) on all equipment as instructed by the Engineering Shift Leader monthly, and update the PPM job sheet for validation by the Chief Engineer.
Operate the BMS system as required and notify the Engineering Shift Leader of any changes, such as overriding valves or fans.
Maintain cleanliness of workshops and plant rooms before, during, and after work.
