Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Fit‑Out Sales Manager to develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive the sales process for commercial and industrial fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of proven experience in the fit-out industry, a strong ability to negotiate and close deals, and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the fit-out industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to develop relationships with clients, contractors, and architects.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to tailor fit-out solutions.
- Collaborate with project management and design teams for seamless execution.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Stay updated with market trends and new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Managing Director.
