Our company will have a strong international focus, especially in Spain and Latin America, connecting global investors with the UAE’s booming real estate market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strong sales leader with proven success in the UAE real estate market. You will oversee the full sales cycle, develop strategies, build and train the sales team, manage brokers, and drive revenue growth from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team.
  • Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage client relationships and high-value portfolios.
  • Oversee brokers’ performance and close key transactions.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE Real Estate experience (mandatory).
  • Strong network of investors, brokers, and developers.
  • Leadership and team‑building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Spanish is a must. Any additional language is a plus.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
