Job Description
My client is an international service company working with the ADNOC group in Abu Dhabi. Due to expansion, they require the support of a Senior Geochemist for a 3-month project.
The Senior Geochemist will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and conducting geochemical studies
- Preparing, verifying, and updating all geochemical studies
- Performing QA/QC of all data
- Integrating new data
- Supporting the assessment of potential exploration targets, updating petroleum system models, and assisting basin modelers
- Mentoring junior staff
- Preparing technical reports
Required experience and skills include:
- Experience with Petrel, TechLog, PetroMod, Excel, PowerPoint
- 20 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in Abu Dhabi
- MSc in Geochemistry; PhD preferred
