A leading real estate firm in Dubai is seeking a proficient Accountant to oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of experience in real estate accounting, and strong analytical skills. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to financial reporting and property management insights.

- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles specific to real estate.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Manage accounting tasks specific to real estate operations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow of real estate projects.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with property managers to track financial performance.
