Final Accounts Lead: Contract Close-Out & Claims
Job summary
A leading real estate developer in the UAE is seeking a professional to manage the final account closure process. The role involves leading the close-out process for contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, and preparing financial reports. Candidates should excel in final account reconciliation and have experience with contract variations and claims management. This position offers opportunities to contribute to significant construction projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the close-out process for main contracts and sub-contracts.
- Review and validate outstanding variations and claims.
- Reconcile interim payments and retention for final settlement.
- Ensure final accounts compliance with contract terms.
- Prepare final account summaries and close-out reports.
