We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in El-Fujairah and take it to the next level. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a track record of success in sales, and be willing to work hard to achieve the company’s goals.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for finding new customers, developing relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. They should have a thorough understanding of the product/service they are selling and the market they are selling it into in order to maximize sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate must have at least three years of sales experience or a related field (marketing, customer service, etc.) with proven success in meeting or exceeding their targets. They must also possess excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships across all levels of staff and customers. A degree in business or a related field is preferred but not essential. Additionally, Fluency in English is required, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
