We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Zoho Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in capturing requirements, conducting business analysis, and overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of Zoho CRM updates and improvements.

The candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the Zoho CRM and its suite of applications, working closely with the management team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of changes and enhancements while maintaining daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis
  • Capture and analyse business requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Conduct as-is assessments and develop future state designs for the CRM system.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
Development and Implementation
  • Develop, test, and implement Zoho CRM and application updates.
  • Ensure seamless integration and performance of new features and improvements.
  • Oversee the proofing and validation of developed solutions before deployment.
Day-to-Day Management
  • Manage the daily operations of the Zoho CRM and its suite of applications.
  • Monitor system performance, address technical issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and update CRM workflows, automation rules, and configurations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with the management team and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver the backlog of changes and enhancements.
