Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of different wines and regions.
• Ability to create and maintain a wine list.

Responsibilities

• Create and update the wine list in coordination with chefs.
• Recommend food and wine pairings.
• Advise guests on wines based on their preferences.
• Ensure wines are served at the right temperature.
