Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Wind turbine and its subsystem.
• Proven experience with grid compliance, Turbine control, and hybrid plant integration.
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical due diligence of turbine models.
• Review turbine design documents and certification reports.
• Ensure compliance with grid code and safety standards.
• Support bid evaluation of OEM proposals.
• Act as a technical authority for troubleshooting turbine faults.
