Ontime Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Western National Physiotherapist and Medical Director with a valid DHA license to lead our physiotherapy team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the clinical operations of our physiotherapy department ensuring that we deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining the highest standards of practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a comprehensive understanding of physiotherapy practices and a commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • - Oversee all physiotherapy services provided by the clinic ensuring they meet established standards of care and regulatory requirements.
  • - Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency.
  • - Provide direct patient care including assessments treatment plans and rehabilitation programs for complex cases.
  • - Lead mentor and train the physiotherapy staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create holistic care plans and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • - Review and approve treatment plans making necessary adjustments based on patient progress and clinical evidence.
  • - Conduct performance evaluations for the physiotherapy team identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • - Stay current with industry trends research and advancements in physiotherapy and related fields.
  • - Manage departmental budgets ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective practices.
  • - Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy or a related field; additional qualifications in healthcare management or leadership is highly preferred.

- Valid DHA license to practice as a physiotherapist in the UAE.

- Proven experience in a senior physiotherapy role with a strong background in clinical management.

- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a history of leading and developing successful teams.

- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities along with proficiency in patient care practices.

- Ability to engage with patients and their families to provide high-quality care and support.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

- A pro-active and strategic approach to problem-solving and organizational management.
