Mustaqbali Graduate Program 2026

Our Standard Chartered UAE local graduate programme (Mustaqbali - مستقبلي) provides opportunities to move straight into a full-time role. We offer a wide range of entry level positions for individuals who know that they want to kick start their careers in the financial services industry.

Eligibility

We welcome students from all degree disciplines with excellent academic records and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. You’ll be a final year student, able to start in July 2026, with the permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.

We’re looking for team players who are agile, flexible, multi-tasking and open to nimble learning.

Exceptions

• In the UK and UAE, we consider candidates requiring visa sponsorship. In the UAE, priority is given to UAE nationals
• For US Graduate roles, we will not consider applicants seeking Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT) employment.
