Awaitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome customers upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.

Taking Orders: Listen carefully to customer orders, including any special requests, and input them accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure that all orders are correct and meet customer expectations.
