JOB TITLE

ROLE SUMMARY

To provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and a memorable cinema experience.

ROLE PROFILE

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus and assist guests in making menu selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and cleaned before and after service.
• Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase revenue.
• Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and effectively.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory as required.
• Support team members during busy periods or special events.
• Adhere to VOX Cinemas and MAF Entertainment service standards and policies.

REQUIREMENTS
