Job Summary

As Vice President of Sales for the Middle East and North Africa, you will lead the region’s strategic growth agenda, driving scalable go-to-market initiatives, forging high-impact partnerships, and aligning business development efforts with global objectives. This executive role demands visionary leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep market insight to unlock sustainable revenue and long-term value.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute scalable, repeatable, and predictable business development strategies across MENA to achieve aggressive growth targets and market penetration.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across government, enterprise, and partner ecosystems to drive long-term account expansion and regional influence.
  • Identify and prioritize go-to-market opportunities, build compelling business cases, and lead cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives that accelerate regional growth.
  • Align regional business development objectives with corporate strategy through active participation in strategic planning, performance reviews, and resource allocation.
  • Design and optimize the MENA business development structure, including role definitions, channel strategy, and resource deployment to maximize coverage and efficiency.
  • Lead revenue growth initiatives by expanding into new markets, launching localized offerings, and driving strategic partnerships across priority sectors.
  • Represent MENA leadership in global forums, providing market intelligence, strategic insights, and advocacy for regional needs and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Business or Management related is a plus
  • Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies
  • Deep knowledge in server, storage and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers and the enterprise IT environment.
  • Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people from different groups
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
  • Great analytic skills in market and industry research
