Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions.
• Strong knowledge in the development and execution of controls.
• Proven experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of Citi's comprehensive controls program.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive management decisions aimed at maintaining operations within the firm’s Risk Appetite.
