Responsibilities

• Check guest arrival reports and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Welcome and fulfill the check-in process for VIP guests.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests.
• Ensure VIP rooms meet high-quality standards and requested amenities.
• Manage the Guest Relations Desk in the hotel lobby.
